My work is of a very high standard and I aim to achieve a high quality of workmanship at a reasonable cost. 

Estimates can be provided for any work you may require.

Please bear in mind an estimate is an educated guess at what a job may cost, based on years of experience. This has to take into account possible unforeseen developments, and an expectation of how difficult the work will be to carry out.

 

There are always unknown factors when carrying out work in the home, for example previous work may have been poorly done, or not to a sufficient standard. This may mean that the work needs to be put right before any further work can be done thus taking longer than expected.
